I was on Month to Month R499. I canceled the service end July. Which was immediately canceled. However, my bank account was debited R499 2nd August. I called and ask for the money to be reimbursed instead I was told the R499 that I paid at 1st on the inception of this business relationship it was an order expedition fee. I never agreed to this. Rain is a ****. Thus they link payment to your card so they make it difficult to cancel or reverse their payment.
