Rain is ****ed up

Worst service provider ever. I have Phoned countless times about connectivity and download speed, even requested that they send a technician as they say i have almost 100mb/sec. when in actual fact i have less than 50kb/s. for a month this has been going on. come and collect your **** today. i refuse to pay for this pathetic service. i need to work from home and can't even connect to Sharepoint or dropbox. for **** sakes. really can't go on like this and the call centre is useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they dont even give reference numbers.....????
