Rain is *****ed...

I am disappointed with Rain.. They suspended services because I didn't pay for January as I didn't have money and the second I got paid they deducted money from my account on the 27th yet the agreement we had when I first took this said I don't pay then I don't get service. So they deducted on the 27 and now on the 1st of February they are deducted again saying I am owing. How do I owe them when services were suspended for a whole month. Did you not say that this is not a contract..and this is the 3 third time I have such a problem with this company.. Then you call them get through to agents who will not assist you accordingly..yall are a bunch of ****** and its sickening. How do you say I owe when the router has not worked the whole month...The payment they took from my account was for 3 days...560 for 3 days.... Rain is disgusting. I'm stuck with 2 Sim card that are also not working and I've received no assistance whatsoever.
