Rain is *************

I contacted Rain on the 13th of August to cancel my subscription as i am facing financial difficulties and cannot afford their R595 monthly subscription. They in turn offered me a 50% discount for 2 months, September and October. To my shock and dismay after sending emails confirming the discount they went ahead and deducted the full R595 from my account.

I called this morning and they said they will be able to refund me my money but it will take 7 to 10 working days. So how am I supposed to carry for almost 2 weeks?
