I have sent multiple tickets requesting assistance with coverage? I haven't used the router in 6 weeks now and to make things worse, the router doesn't even switch on it's been two weeks now. You people debited my account, but there was no service received from you even after I cancelled my account. This is pathetic and unprofessional. You are robbing us off our hard earned money.
