Rain is quick to deduct your payment but never returns calls to sort out queries and then they just terminate services. They have double debited me 3 months in a row and still no call back but a million support tickets in my inbox. I held on for over 20 mins trying to get through to someone.

03 Sept 2024, 06:16These deductions were done on more than 1 occasion. My account is in credit i am not in arrears. This is the only platform i have recieved a response from rain, so is this the 0latform we need to use get any communication from rain? I have more than 5 support tickets with rain?
