RAiN IS DROWNING CAN NOT COPE WITH NEW CUSTOMERS

If i look at recent reviews on Rain this December seems as if Rain IS DROWNING. As new customer receive incorrect sim . Rain admit error Do swim swab BUT I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 TO 5 DAYS . This little sim could be delivered next day as this was their error. For me is disappointment. Also Support line not answered took 7 times and holding on..
