Rain is Dissapointing👎

I got wrongfully double debited/Charged, when I try to contact them on *** they make you hold for hours and no response still. When I submitted tickets to support email, they ticket/mail trail tells you it has expired but no assistance was ever provided.

This is frustrating and disaapointing given that I've been using their service for since 2020 with no hassles
