Rain is dismal

The non-service at Rain is legendary. I wrote a review a while back and they responded by saying someone would call me. Thank god I did not hold my breath.

The connection problems are endless. I literally use all my airtime EVERY month calling for assistance. I even selected get them to call me back - still waiting.
