Rain is dishonest *****

I wrote a previous review about not being refunded after the service did not work. I received a reply that someone would be contacting me. Nobody did. I have sent email after email and I get no response from this company. I was promised a refund within 7-10 days. That didn't happen. Now they have ceased any communication with me, in effect *****ing my money from me. Dishonest, to say the least. The absolute worst service I have ever encountered. Do not use this ISP.
