Rain is dishonest and a poor service provider

Rain is the most dishonest internet provider in the industry. At this point in time, if I could compare them to telkon, telkom would be world class and that's saying a lot. I purchased the unlimited internet access of R479, the connectivity is horribly slow, you can't stream a video higher that 360p cause it buffers the whole time and it eventually just stops playing. Don't even bother trying to use apps such as Instagram that requires you to watch videos frequently.

When you contact them using their support function on their website, they don't get back to you and if they do respond, it's often with useless questions that bring no closer to resolving the issue you are experiencing.
