Rain is disappointing

Rain is so disappointing, how do they expect me to make a payment twice in one month just because I’ve Made changes on payments dates why are they now billing me twice in one month and their service is very poor they don’t answer when you call the support desk and no one even bothers to call back.is time I change networks ,I cannot tolerate such pathetic service.
