Rain is disappointing

Rain has become a company I cannot recommend to anyone. I haven't had any signal in my area for the past five days. I have sent requests via their website to their support for assistance but till today, no response. Their call centre is closed and their online chat service has been removed. There's no other method of communicating with them... I'm frustrated because I can't even work from home.
