Rain is Deserving of 0 stars.

If I could choose 0 stars,i would. I purchased rain sim and activated account beginning of December. I immediately had issues with their very slow network. I canceled same day and asked for a refund minus the data I'd used which was minor to begin with. A rain agent contacted me and said this would be paid back after 1 January as the month had already begun. I said alright, but even now they're not responding to my emails as there's been no refund.

I will keep on giving them these well deserved 1 stars until they refund the balance of my money.
