Yhoo so I haven't be using my router for a while and my WiFi was obviously cut off, fine Now all of a sudden when I went to check so that month end I reconnec I see it says I owe +5000 and I do not understand how when they have switched their WiFi off .how do they now get to saying I owe that much and this is supposed to be a 'month to month subscription. I then decided to call and I spoke to a very rude Jack who has no phone ettiquite whatsoever and he ended up shutting the phone down on me
