Rain is debiting my account even though I cancelled with them.

Rain has been taking money from my account even though I called to cancel with them due to the fact that there is no service in my area and I was told the matter is being escalated and they will be in contact. I havent heard from them up to this day. They debited twice in June and made an attempt to debit for the third time for something that I am not even using.
