Rain is by far the worst

The worst service provider is this one. Over a week and still no indication as to when the towers will be fixed. Spoke to Teboho who is as useless as their technicians and Team leader. This company clearly deals with a bunch of incapable human beings ever. How can fixing towers not have a turnaround time yet I was billed for a whole ****en month. Instead we are advised that it may take two weeks to a month. How the hell do you retain clients with such pathetic excuses.
