Rain is bunch of *******

Please stay away from Rain. They are the worst internet company in South Africa. I cancelled my 4g lte end of June 2023. After countless calls to Rain to fix the internet for months prior to cancellation and them not sorting the problem (0.3kbps download speeds on average) I advised the last consultant whom I spoke to that I will not pay for this pathetic service anymore. Now today Rain has send me 2 messages to advise that my account was handed over to NuDebt. On top of that they have added an additional amount of just over R400 over and above the original amount for their 'service'. They have my email adress and cellphone number and they have never contacted me before today. They literally want to try and ***** more money from me that they do not deserve. Currently I am on Telkom's 4g lte and getting download speeds of more than 23mbps. There are absolutely no reason for Rain to have such terrinle internet.
