Rain is bull****.

I have been terrible connectivity issues with rain almost daily. I have made numerous calls to rain regarding my issue. It is always the same thing. Now I have come to a point where I just no longer want to deal with Rain. I called to cancel my account immediately. Rain now tells me that they cannot do an immediate cancellation only scheduled. No surprise to me as I know this is because they refuse t give me a refund. I need my account cancelled immediately and I want my refund from Rain!
