Rain is Bull****

Yhooooo guys I've just about had it with Rain. If you read our comments and still chose rain then I don't know anymore! This is the worst company you can ever deal with! It's frustrating and customer service level is zero ....zero I tell you. You log a complaint on their site and they tell you a ticket has been logged and it ends there. You cancel subscription and the still attempt to deduct! SIM was paid for on the 9th of December. It's now the 6th of Jan and they have been telling me excuses, that is when they do eventually respond on the 5th escalation. Bull**** just collect your 5G router and refund me my money back. No more excuses please I am Gatvol!!!!
