Rain is Bull****!

Yoh, to date, i have never had to suffer so much to reach Rain operators or to even get connected to a tower that works. I have repeatedly called, emailed and tweeted Rain about the horrid service and connection in Corlett Gardens yet they don't seem to care and are very much unhelpful. I have spent over R250 calling them to resolve my connectivity issues but still dololo. The connection is horrible and constantly buffers and not that I want to leave them, they don't want to refund my money for June 2021.
