RAIN IS BS - FIX MY INTERNRET

When I bought the service it worked for the first 3 weeks and I started having minor issues and I could resolve. As of the 22nd of May 2025 I reported that I work from home and have no internet access, that robot told me to log a ticket via the website which I did - 5 days later I am buying mobile data just to be able to work but I pay R625 every month

Spoke with an agent of yours at 10:26 and my matter was said to be escalated let's see if that will not take another day to be resolved. I don't understand why we have to go through such measures just for assistance guys.

You lying and continuing with tricks saying you sent me private messages. Can you guys fix my internet because Hello Petr will not be the only platform I post on. Yesterday after endless troubleshooting you said you had an outage why was that not picked up last week Thursday when I had an issue? No one is coming back to me with information on what the actual issue is. I work from home and have bought data now amounting to the same amount I pay you guys for a service that I do not have.
