Rain is Beyond Useless
The most frustrating internet provider of all time. The systems and processes just don't work. I want my money back so that I can subscribe with a better provider. What a constant nightmare

I want my October payment refunded immediately or restore my ****** internet connection. Your useless service is causing me so much stress and anxiety. So, please don't tell me NONSENSE

05 Nov 2023, 09:21I logged a formal complaint with the ISPA against you and I do not come right. I am going to get my lawyers to handle this! You will pay for my studies because I cannot study without this internet that I paid for and I also paid for my study fees mind you. Furthermore, you need to be held accountable for the exams I am unable to write without this internet that I paid for!
