Rain as an internet service provider is a total joke. Their signal is so unstable, one second we have signal and the next there is no signal. I phone them and we go through the usual explanation and routine of rebooting the router, repositioning it, and unplugging it. Even my 85-year-old father who is technologically challenged can do this in his sleep now. Then I get the other explanation, your router is connecting to the furthest tower and that is why your signal is weak, or our towers are in the load-shedding territory, or we have technicians working on it right now.

SO RAIN WHAT CAN YOU ACTUALLY DO TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR NETWORK SO THAT IT IS STABLE? YOUR FOCUS HAS BEEN RAKING IN THE SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS. I AM REALLY SURPRISED THE SHAREHOLDERS ARE NOT WORRIED THAT RAIN WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS AS THERE ARE OTHER ALTERNATIVES THAT HAVE BECOME AVAILABLE.
