Rain is becoming ****mers
Rain has this tendency of deducting more than what they are supposed to, and when you lodge a complaint no one is willing to assist you the same way they were when you buy the router. I have been billed twice in 1 month, on the 1 and 2ndof sept 2025 the amount of R1728 and when i request my refund no one willing to assist me, what is worse is that i have send 15 emails with proof of payment that they required but no one is coming through with the feedback

09 Sept 2025, 19:01RAIN has given me run around with 8 tickets that I am constantly given by the Rain Robots informing I will be contacted but from the 2nd of September 2025 till today Rain has not given me feedback but have done and send all the proof of payment they required from me
