Rain is bad very bad ******

Why is my rain sim card not working and i only cancelled it for the end of this month but i did paid for this month

No man you robbing me incan send everything to you and show you why 8 have the R276 sim card nit the R500 one then i might as well go for the R500 one why you deducting that amount of money for a sim card that goes of at 18:00 and on at 23:00 im done with use imma cancel this end of the month i need my money since august you deducting r5000

But i did cancel it for the end of this month which use agreed on i did it on my app and now you stiol wanna deduct a R515 for this month please undo the cancellation becuase i cant do it on my app

No i did canecell for end of february
