RAIN IS BAD

I wish I could make the stars go into the minus.

We ordered our Rain package on the 28th of November 2024, we paid for a full month in advance for them to order and send our package.

It is today the 11th of November, and we have not yet received aby sms or call regarding our package. I made a call to Rain to follow up with our delivery date and so forth, and after giving all the relevant information the woman needed she mumbled a bunch of nonecense and then proceeded the end the call randomly.

I do not reccomend Rain to anyone, they are useless, they can't even help me track the courier that has our package. I tried calling the courier company as well, which no one picked up the phone, it just rings and then the line dies.

Rain and therewith the consultants who work for Rain are pathetic, unmannered, useless, rude and have no people skills.

I give Rain, the consultants of Rain, and the Courier company that delivers packages for Rain, a big ol' fat -*** STARS 🙂
