Rain is bad
I have been yousing rain network for a couple of months now. Each week at least three day I have no network connection. They always open complaints tickets but never revert bac to me. Their service is poor on costumer service and bad connectivity.

18 Aug 2025, 20:28Remember my previous complaint about the Rain One coverage problem?! Like I said on my last review which was on on 07 August 2025 about not going a week without any complaints and that are not attended too?! The problem still persist. So disappointed on the rain One . Wouldn’t advise anyone to get the product cause hey your for the disappointment of your life and money.

The worst part of all everything, they have blocked me on their online chat so that I can even send the massages. I need to escalate the matter to ICASA maybe then I will get the service I’m paying for. I’ve had it with the service provider. I’m enough
