Rain is awful.
Rain is awful. Nothing is explained properly,confusion reigns. I used nothing for months now I'm told I owe them almost a thousand rand. There was no contract,I thought if i don't pay then i don't receive. How is it possible for me to build up debt with somebody i have no contract with and not even using there service any longer.
