Rain is Annoying

I am so frustrated and annoyed by the rain services. I pay R560 oh no R595 as of this past month. However, my connection is the worst, it gets interrupted every time. When I call them, they tell me that on their side it shows nothing wrong. Meaning according to these agents I am the crazy one. You use it for 15min if you lucky then it's offline for the next 7min or so. When it nears your payment day they send you a text reminding you to pay because if you don't, you will be exposed to interrupted WiFi connection. Guess even when you pay you suffer from interrupted WiFi connection. This is totally bad services period
