RAIN is an inferior product and a TRAP to take you for a UNSATISFACTORY RIDE

Was trying to see if there was anything less than one star but unfortunately could not find. What a disgrace of a network. In my area and address clearly shows that the coverage 4G would be perfect yet after spending R 479.00 for unlimited data for 1 month and after 1 week still not able to use the internet as it keeps on switching on and off. I found one of the reviews where someone with a similar problem suggests that ICASA should be informed. I will be doing that exactly like I have done to telkom three years ago on their advertised special for Black Friday (by the way I won). To me I feel obliged to do it as this constitutes false advertising. Would like the money I paid for the product to be refund but who can we speak in this company???? There is no shops or a customer care line (they say is because of COVID 19 they are short staff)???? By the way don't fall for their slogan that this card works on 4G and LTE because it does not. At the moment I am using telkom LTE (prepaid) to enable me to write this complain but when I inserted the RAIN card shows a strong signal but no internet and it does not have anything to do with MODEM settings as I followed their suggestion and change it accordingly. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP. STAY AWAY FROM RAIN.
