Rain is an *********** Company that makes money from ****ming people instead delivering proper services

Rain is a very *********** company that does not even know the meaning of communication. I was with Rain in 2020 and cancelled their Fiber within 3months. 3years later I get a call from lawyers saying I owe rain just over R300 and I called and asked was I not informed that I owe these years and I paid them the money instantly and asked them to cancel that Fiber and remove my account on 26 May. They did not remove until the end of the month and told me I owe more money in June and their lawyers are still calling me for R21 whereas I cancelled on time and Rain told me they will dispute that but did not. This company is ****, looking to make money off shady billings on clients instead of improving your poor Fiber connection and your services so that people pay. You just wanna **** people!
