Rain is an absolute ****!!! Do not sign up with Rain, bunch of *******

Rain is an absolutely terrible company, network doesn't work

When you try and call them no body answers, you will wait over 10 minutes on the line and end up hanging up

They don't even bother to call you back

They debited me even after I cancelled my subscription, I submitted a ticket, no call back, I called them no answer, 3 days later they debited me again and everyday since then.

When you cancel tge subscription you have to give the router back, there is an option of returning the router yourself or an agent of theirs collecting it and absolutely no one has been in contact with me.

There are only 2 branches in the whole of south africa where you can return the router, after you cancel, if you still have the router in your possession because it is to far to go to one of their 2 centers to return the item or no on, absolutely no one calls you to arrange collection...THEY WILL START CHARGE YOU A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION EVEN IF THEIR CONNECTION DOESN'T WORK AT ALL

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE ****, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH RAIN, they are *******

Their customer service does not even exist at all!!!!

Bunch of ******, do not sign up with Rain, do not fall for that 1 rand bull**** first month free.
