Rain is all lies

Hello everyone I would just like to warn people that still want to make the worst decision of choosing Rain. From what I've been through u would never trust them again. I pay Rain every month on the 27th before the 1st they suppose to deduct because it's always cut on the 25th I hv called them every month to ask why is this happening I don't get a straight answer this month on the 27th I payed on the first it was closed I called they say I owe money but wen I asked if I ever missed a month the lady sad No but I am behind because I pay on the 27th not the 1st. To mean this sounds very stupid and dodge because I started using Rain last year October on the 25th and I payed on that day and every month after that on the 27th which means I am paying in advance so how can I be behind. Plz guy save ur self by going to Telkom and paying R399 then R479 with Rain after that they hustle you and half the time u have no internet
