FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

Beware South Africa in going with this service provider. Even if they have any agreement in place it should fall away!!! They boldly state that they do not have any contracts whatsoever. It is sad that my mother has had to fight and get no where with these people!!! I'm sure Rain understands the implications from the CPA and the ASB that what they are doing is *******. I'm sure Rain does not want this form of publicity so ensure that this is sorted.

My mother has been billed for months that we were not even home for. The plan is month -to-month, so explain why is there naedo tacking on her account. This all forms part of a contract that you boldly state there are none of? Why should she continue to use this provider??? I am her son and I am laying this complaint as she is in no position to do so!!! You can contact and sort out this mess!
