Rain is absolutely a waste of money

I initially heard about Rain internet providers from my neighborhood in Feb 2021 she was quite happy with the service untill March 2021 I found this out to latr as I then decided to enroll and paid a sum of R479. 00 now in today's economy that is a lot of money but I thought it's better then nothing to my surprise it only took 2 to 3 days for me to realize what a horrible mistake that was I spend more time watch my tv / phone buffer on simple tasks then I do actually completing them I am so disappointed and I will be canceling my subscription immediately I hope this review will help the next person make better decisions about internet as to not waste their hard earned money in a perfect worl I would demand my money back but I realize that will just be a waste of time as these sort of companies have no intent in providing good customer service as evident in their serious lack of service I have experienced.
