Rain is absolutely ****

I have emailed 2 twice, called twice was on hold for more than 10minutes each time and I waited in the queue on the chat 4 times which took more than a hour and each time I would get disconnected once I was first in line.

No response to my emails no calls returned and no assistance via chat.

Absolutely shocking service
