Rain continues to harras me for payment. this is for a service that they failed to deliver and are sending their nudebt collections company to hound me for payment.

I have logged a call with them and the technical department they collected their router and yet still expect me to pay even though they never gave me the service, yes I did not cancel the subscription as this is a pay as you. or so I though now their new stance is that I did not cancel the contract, but what contract?
