Rain is a ****. Would never recommend them to anyone

Rain is a **** the debited my account after I cancelled because the sales agent **** and told me they cover my area. I called several times and rain staff failed to assist me. I called on the 13/05/2024 to cancel but the agent refused to call back then I sent several messages on the rain app for a call back no response on the 28/05/2024 I managed to cancel my subscription with rain but the still debited my acc on the 31/05/2024. Now I have to wait for the 14th of June for them to cancel my subscription and refund my which will take 7-10 business days after my subscription is cancelled
