RAIN IS A WASTE OF MONEY< STICK TO THE TRIED AND TESTED

Rain sim card suddenly stopped hotspotting and has had the worst connection, its usually terrible but now its the absolute pits. For almost a month ive been trying to deal with the connection issues and hotspotting to no avail. after numerous attempts to set up my APN, the consultant decides that Rain simcards do not have hotspotting capabilities and were not built for phones (yet when we bought, that was the selling points). I have tried using other sims on the phone and they are just fine, its just rain. We have 2 devices and the other one works without a glitch.
