Rain is a waste of money and time. I used to have good service from them but this no longer exists today in my opinion.
Terrible service. Customer service does not ever respond to 6 service requests. Phoning us a waste of time tried over 200 times and they just give you a message that they are not available. Have not had any use of their package for 2 months.

They totally ignored me for 2 months and sending me messages after 6 complaints that HELP is on its way. Help never arrived. It will be interesting to see what is going to happen now. Surely something is not right with Rain’s customer service.
