Rain Is A Useless ISP

Rain is forever disappointing even when you try give them a chance I haven't had a connection since yesterday and multiple neighbours are complaining about the same thing , you try submit a ticket for assistance they either respond after a couple of days or nothing , we haven't had a connection since yesterday no form of communication from them if there's any down tower or something because this is unbearable paying so much money and receiving such B's service , they take all the money while we get the short end of the stick , it's 2023 we can't be complaining about the same things in another year , the rates go up but the service goes down such nonsense I don't recommend anyone getting This ISP until they show real commitment in improving
