RAIN IS A USELESS ISP
I would give a minus 1000 stars if could. I purchased Huawei 5G CPE Pro on 29/01/2021 ,payment of R699 went through and only received the router on 09/02/2021 and RICA the sim card same day. SIM is still not active till this day (17/02/2021). I have made several calls to Rain support and I'm now tired because all you hear is "Our system was down, we are now activating the SIMs in bulk". I give up on RAIN because I have never in my life seen such a useless service provider.
