Rain is a useless internet service provider
Rain is a ****. I've been having connection issues for the past week. Told to reboot everytime I complain. Their internet doesn't work. Worse is that you communicate with a chatbot that can't resolve problems. I'm sick of this.

08 Feb 2026, 10:09I still have a problem. Their ask rain robot just told me my problem will be resolved in a few days? Someone called 2 days ago promising to resolve the issue. Still nothing. Account fully paid. All I get is meaningless apologies while I'm not getting the service I paid for
