Rain is a **** up
I have a sim with them 499pm. Sim never worked from the month of December. They are still debiting my money. I've been calling from Monday because I want my damn money back and all they can say is that my matter has been escalated , ill get a call but till today nothing. I'm taking this to my attorneys.

02 Mar 2023, 09:10No I refuse to hear that: until you communicate with me telephonically & pay me back immediately I don't want to hear that you are going to get to it asap, That's what I've been hearing only with no results. I don't want Asap I want it resolved TODAY... How do u not take such matters seriously? why have them escalated if you will take days & months before resolving them... I am not taking this lightly.................
