Rain is a *****ulent company.

I had an unauthorised amount deducted on my debit card from Rain. After contacting them numerous times to assist me, my plea has simply fallen on def ears. All the agents I have spoken to are non-South Africans with a wanna-be American accent. How can you take them seriously? I just want my money back.
