Rain is a *****ulent company.

I was using rain home WiFi and oh the network was terrible. But that’s not why I am writing this review. I am sharing my experience with Rain because after I cancelled the subscription, I asked for confirmation of cancellation several times and never received it. They would just send me blank emails even after I called them myself to ask for this. The following month after cancellation they debited my account citing that it was for the previous month but everything had been up to date , which I didn’t understand why they continued to debit me.

When I tried to remove my banking details on their stupid website there isn’t an option to delete those details and now I’m seeing that even next month I’ll be debited for something I’m no longer using. I’ve tried to reach out to them for assistance but they’re telling me they can assist in 2 or more business days. They’re still investigating why I was debited.

Please do yourselves a favour and stay way from RAIN!
