Rain is a total mess!

Shocking service and super poor communication! I've been struggling to get access to the account that I'm paying for without success and nobody is bothering to help me and sending me from pillar to post. I have not received a single account or statement, but boy oh boy, you have to pay R795 or else.... Why can't I get access? They keep on referring to my son to verify the account, but he is a student at Stellenbosch? I'm the guardian and paying the account. They refuse to acknowledge me and I was seconds away from popping an artery... Not worth wasting time with this company. Proudly South African? Not so much for me....
