I've had the worst experience with that horrible company called Rain. They lie to you and say you're on a month to month plan and when you don't pa then go on to debit your account anyway. I called their stupid call center to cancel my subscription with them and they assured me that it was cancelled but I am still having debit orders go off on my account from them. Rain is a **** DO NOT go to them for internet THEY WILL EAT YOUR MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOU DON'T EVEN USE

I didnt use your service in March that's my point. I last had active service in Feb. Just pay me back so we can all move on
