Rain is a **** to get you blacklisted!!!

Rain will not cancel my routers. I have emailed numerous times to cancel my subscription and have been ignored. I have called and been out on hold and when I finally arranged to have both routers collected only one was collected. I was told that a confirmation email would be sent to me confirming cancellation but now I am STILL OWING THEM MONEY AND THEY HAVE BLACKLISTED ME!!!! I have the ticket number that the consultant gave as a reference for my cancellation. Why do I still owe you money THREE MONTHS AFTER CANCELLATION!!!!!!
